• Users must comply with Instagram's Platform Policy
• Professional content only should be shared
• No automated posting without explicit consent
• Users retain ownership of their Instagram content
• HP Mindcare may display connected Instagram content within the platform

Professional Conduct

• Maintain professional standards in all interactions
• Respect client confidentiality
• Adhere to relevant professional body guidelines
• Maintain appropriate professional insurance

Payments and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly/annually
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Users are responsible for applicable taxes

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms or professional misconduct.
